Founded on May 24, 2001 with address in the city of
Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán Department, Honduras. On the aforementioned date, the company acquires the marketing, distribution, modification and sale rights of various software products aimed at the Savings and Credit Cooperatives, as well as the Production, Sales and Transportation rights. On that same date the work of reorienting and improving the products begins and at the same time it registers its DATACEN® service mark in order to have a generic mark for all the new products that would be developed.
